31. Finality of Judgment. A judgment or order passed, or sentence awarded, by 1[an Anti
terrorism Court] subject to the result of an appeal under this Act shall be final and shall not be called
in question in any court.
32. Overriding effect of Act. — (1) The provisions of this Act shall have effect notwithstanding
anything contained in the Code or any other law but, save as expressly provided in this Act, the
provisions of the Code shall, in so far as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this act, apply
to the proceedings before 1[an Antiterrorism Court] shall be deemed to be a Court of Session.
(2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the provisions contained in subsection
(1), the provisions of section 350 of the Code shall, as far as may be, apply to the proceedings before
1[an Antiterrorism Court] and for his purpose any reference in those provisions to a Magistrate shall
be construed as a reference to 1[an Antiterrorism Court].
33. Delegation. The Government may, by notification, delegate, subject to such conditions as
may be specified therein, all or any of the powers exercisable by it under this Act.
34. Power to amend the Schedule. The Government may, by notification, amend the
2[Schedules] 3[,]so as to add any entry thereto or modify or omit any entry therein.
4[35. Powers to make rules. The Federal Government or a Provincial Government may, by
notification in the official Gazette, make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Act.]
36. Saving. — (1) Nothing contained in this Act shall affect the jurisdiction exercisable by, or the
procedure applicable to, any court or other authority under any law relating to the Naval, Military or
Air Forces or any other armed force of the Government.
(2) For removal of any doubt, it is hereby declared that, for the purposes of any such law as is
referred to in subsection (1), 1[an Antiterrorism Court] shall be deemed to be a court of ordinary
criminal jurisdiction.

Contempt of Court. An Antiterrorism Court shall have the power to punish with
imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months and with fine any person who —
