Page 11 of 15 Explanation.- For the purposes of this sub-section, "recogrLised welfare institution or organization" means a social welfare institution or organisation recognised in this behalf by the Government. (3) Whoever prints or publishes any matter in relation to any proceedings before a Juvenile Court with respect to a juvenile referred to in sub-section (l) without the previous permission of Juvenile Court shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years and shall also be liable to fine.
